Here's how we did the tone ring on the modified F550's.

I think that will work. Thanks!

keep in mind that's a split dually hub. On our trucks, you'll have to cram the tone ring on the mating surface between the brake hat and the wheel rim. 20" double beadlocks BARELY made it past the brake caliper on that setup- we had to grind some of the calipers to fit. We had to use the forklift to move the hub assemblies- just scooting them around was a chore, and took 2 people to pick it up to place it on a flatbed cart.

Those wheel studs are 7/8" for comparison.

Is there any place I can get 5 lug axle shafts for the 9.25? Or will I have to re drill? Are there any hubs I can fit to the front end to make it 5x4.5?

no 5 lug shafts that I know of. You might be able to call Strange or one of the other axle makers, I'm sure they can make you one. Or try Baertrax in Dallas, Texas and tell him the orange car sent you. He does our rear-end work and he does alot of jeep axles. He may be able to cut a 5 lug set.

Like Tom said, if you can score a full width front end, you may be able to make it work with a deep offset wheel. You would need a wider rear axle, though. The best of both worlds, if you can make it happen, is to average the backspace required for a common centerline. IE if you do a 7 inch wide rim, you can run it as a 5 inch offset in front for the wide axle and a 2" offset in back for the narrow axle, and get a fairly close centerline.

Hey, magnethead. Have you ever raced at Prescott Raceway? Your car looks familiar.

That would be a good project. I did a SAS too, you can find my build in my signature.
