It is definitely time for a tune up on my Dakota. I pulled on the plug wires off the distributor and the post was rusted. Anyway this is what I'm getting: Autolite 3924, Moroso Mag-Tune plug wires, and a summit racing cap an rotor with brass terminals. I want to also replace my coil and was looking at this: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/ms...e/model/Dakota

Is that good for a stock replacement?

that's the correct OEM/6AL base coil. I'm running an HVC6 coil mounted to the airbox, but I don't know if the stock ignition would even light it. Short answer: Yes it's the proper replacement.
