Default bad spark plugs?

Ok I recently noticed while driving back and forth to work my truck seems to kind of have a stutter/miss to it. It don't drop Rpms or slow down or anything but it will also backfire every now and then also. You can feel it kinda sputter when your under regular acceleration. I have a superchips flashpaq on it and thought that may be the cause but I turned everything back to the stock settings. The plugs and wires have about 18-20k miles on them. I accede fly grabbed the wrong gas can a while back and put about a gallon of 2 stroke mix in before I realized it and am thinking maybe I fouled a plug? I'm gonna buy new plugs payday what kind should I look for?

one gal of gas as 2 stroke oil is only about 3-4 oz of oil. that should not hurt. i run that much MMO in my gas all the time. but do check some of the plugs. plugs are not expensive. my dad always said they are expendable.
