Hey guys. I've been having a pulsating air noise (pss pss pss pss) for a while now and when I investigated a few days ago, I saw that the PCV valve was a little loose and had some play to it. I plan on replacing that this weekend.

Yesterday though, the MIL light came on. I took it up to the auto parts store to run the computer test and the code P1494 came up. Could the PCV valve be triggering this code? I'm reading that it's probably something to do with the LDP though.

It's a 2001 Dakota 3.9L
