Will a set of nerf bars from a 07 ram fit on a 01 dakota slt 4 door? My buddie is getting rid of his and I would like to see if they would fit on my truck. Any one know??? Or know where I can find out.

 

I highly doubt due to the differences in the frame and the overall fullsize vs. midsize body.

You should really just borrow them from your friend and see what kind of modifications need to be done to them to get them to work, and then let us know!

 

Anything will fit anything if you have some fabrication skills.

But I agree, borrowing them first and checking to see what would be required to attach them is probably the best idea.

 

Our 07's nerfs mount to the body mounts. Im gonna bet that the dakota ones are in the right place. You can always make brackets but even then the step pads will prob be off and just look goofy
