im having a problem with my 2000 dodge dakota 4.7L. I'm getting trouble codes P0201,P0202,p0204,p0205,p0207,p0208 all codes say that the fuel injector circuits are open for cylinders 1,2,4,5,7,&8 does anyone know how to fix this or what causes all of these to occur at once truck seems to still run fine so i am really confused
