on my 2001 dodge dakota crew cab i want to install a roll bar to hold some fog or off road lights after cutting plastic bedliner to where it would mount to the bed i realized that on left side there is a piece of metal that i beleive cover/ protect my fuel line?? what do i do ive seen dakotas just like mine online with it!

 

They make a specific in bed roll bar ive seen that bends around it and mounts like 6 inches offset on the drivers side for clearance.
