I want to convert my radio from a single din or din and half to a double din if possible and don't how, but I that it is possible, can anybody tell me how to do it.

 

I researched this a while back before installing my single din HU. I've seen some conversions on the web and there was one guy you could send your dash trim to and he would convert it to double-din, then send it back. All in all, I didn't think it was worth it and it didn't look that good. If you're looking for a larger screen, buy the single dins with motorized pop-out. They are getting fewer and pretty expensive though, if you want quality.

My solution again, was to buy a single din loaded with features. For NAV and touchscreen, I have an articulating suction-mounted cell phone mount which holds my huge Samsung mega, just above the HU. It streams audio via bluetooth to the HU.
