I have replaced both sensors and I still get nothing. any suggestions on what to do next?
Also, any ideas where I can get a service manual or wiring diagram free or really cheap?

 

Did you replace the harness for the sensor on the rear end? Could be a broken wire right there. Some sensors come with the harness some dont

 

I did not. I made the assumption that the wiring is OK because when I unplug the sensor the ABS light comes on and when I plug it back in the light goes off.

Shot in the dark here.
Check grounds for instrument cluster think there behind the kick panels on driver and passenger side. Check and clean contacts for instrument cluster. Had similar issue with instrument cluster but it was all gauges. Turned out to be the ground behind kick panels.
