Looking back 00DakDan answered your concerns on the codes very well in post #2.
Reading everything again I'm calling on the MAP sensor as the # 1 possibility as to your problem with a vacuum leak as a second problem that 00DakDan answered. I would pull the MAP and see if its cracked or the connecting elbow is cracked.
Also one of the codes show an O2 problem soooooooooo
