1997 dakota weird power steering issues
Steering is VERY tight when the truck is cold. Once it warms up its almost like it breaks loose then and steers fine. If its nice and warm outside it doesnt do it at all. Any ideas? Thanks.

I would dump the old fluid and use new then see what happens if still stiff try the synthetic stuff Royal purple is rated very well.
Use Walmart power steering fluid cheap and good stuff.
Turkey baster is the trick or their is a tool like the baster you can get.
