is the 44r4 or the 46re bolted onto the 5.2 v8? the owners manual says 46re but pan looks like the 44re so im lost and need to know so i can order parts to fix it.

 

Normally the 46RE was behind the 5.9 (360).

You should have the the 44RE that was behind he 5.2 (318).

Quickest answer - call any dealer and give them your VIN, they will tell you.

And for future reference, see the stickied thread at the top of this forum that tells you how to get a copy of your build sheet.

 

There should be some info on a sticker in the glove box also.

 

I think there might of been an option for a 46re not sure. The glove box will tell you for sure.
