Unhappy Headlight flickering

I have a 97, I have noticed that my headlights flicker when I'm driving. I have my fog lights on and the stay on same with my running lights and dash. What's going on?

Welcome to the forum. Have you inspected the headlight connections? Could be loose and causing the issue with flickering. Check the alternator and drive belts as well.

Checked all that. My alternator is fine. It only happens when I'm driving and it start about 10 min after starting the truck.

May be there is some dust in the wire, Unplug those and clean the wire and try to install it.

Or may be there is some power supply issue. Does it happen with both the light simultaneous ?

Pretty sure it is the relay located in left side of dash, the little access door in the pic., it is about a 1 1/4" square black or grey. Drive it to the part store and take it in... i think mine was about $8.
OR, the switch is the next move. It really is a kind of easy job, it plugs right into the harness shown.

It's happens Ina continues pattern. I'll try what you guys said and go from there. I just got to get it fixed soon, a cop pulled me over yesterday for it and told me to get it fixed and gave me a ticket. Could it be a Bad fuse connection at all?

Haven't been able to check anything yet. I don't even know where to start really in thinking I'll start at the harness and move up. I had to fix my brakes and now I'm at a stand still till I get paid. Hopefully it's not major.

Check your grounds. Bad grounding will cause the headlights to flicker.
