Anyone have problems with their Front Seat recline lever not working?

Both seats reclining lever do not function anymore. Seems like something (spring, cable???) have broke or something. The only way I can recline or move the seat backs forward, is using the levers on the back of each seat.

Am I to assume this is another common problem with these trucks?

Anyway to fix the issue?

Mine used to have the opposite problem. If I got on the gas too hard, they reclined all by themselves. I used to do it on purpose to unsuspecting passengers, just for fun.
