Hi,
driving my 1998 Dakota, there comes wind and motor noise into the cabin through the dash upper air intakes.
Dodge Service could not fix this problem.
Is there something I can do about ?
an open floodgate or similar?

check the heater box under the hood (where the hoses go into the cab) there should be seals there
