So on my dakota, those rubber gasket type things that sit in between the headlights and the grill are quite literally disintegrating. Would anyone happen to know where one might get some new ones of these? ive tried searching for them on google/ebay but all the results im getting are either whole new headlight assemblies or grill parts/accesories. do they have a name?

New headlights is the only way to get the gasket is my understanding.

You really don't need them

 

yea what 98 dak said those rubbers pieces dont really do much. so dont worry to much about them.

 

Pull them off and toss in the trash they do nothing

 

Even if you get a replacement (which I don't recommend), just try getting it to seat back in nicely... the 2 little rubber prongs are damn near impossible to put back in place.
