Exclamation 04 dakota steering wheel skakes

The truck started shaking at 65mph and above. It also needed ball joints, so I got them replaced 2 upper and 2 lower. Still happening, replaced shocks (Gabriela ultras), and sway bar bushings, and cv axles. Still happening but only if the wheel isn't straight. I also got an alignment done. I have no idea what it could be?

did they check the rack when they did the alignment? My last alignment they caught my steering rack being loose, even though I couldn't feel it in the wheel, took 2 turns to take the bolts to 90 ft-lb. Is the driveshaft out of balance or bowed? That would easily do it. The DS in our camaro was 1/8" bowed and 10 grams out of balance and it shook the whole car from 330 on till we had it repaired.

Out of round tires unbalanced tires poor wheel adapters if you have them could be a number of things.

Bent rim bent axel bad U-joint lose engine mount or trans mount.

Rotate rear wheels to front. See if that changes things, that way you can narrow it down.
