Default Transmission fluid pan bolt torque

Anyone know what the torque spec is for the pan bolts on a 2001 Dodge Dakota?

rule of thumb i've always known for any gasketted surface: "hand snug + 1/4 turn + locktite"

my chrysler / dakota factory paper service manual. calls out for a 42 RE pan bolt torque 13 FT LBs. the 45 RFE pan bolt 105 IN LBs. my 1967 dart manual 904 / 727 pan bolts 150 IN LBs
