Default Tapping after new head install

Just put a new head on my 01 w/ the 4.7. I'm getting a tap. From what I can research I'm guessing it's the timing tensioner or something to do with the timing chains. What do you guys think?

Maybe an oil delivery issue to the new head? It's hard to tell exactly where the noise is coming from. Either the head or timing though judging from the general location of the sound. It runs fine, idles like it should and drives like it should. But the tap is pretty bad so I only drove it less than a mile then parked it again.

Sorry about the video being all over the place. I was moving it all around so I could pick up noises from different areas of the engine.
