I have a 1998 Dodge Dakota SLT Magnum 2 wheel drive v6 3.9 liter

so when I'm driving down the road at 30 miles per hour or more and I make a right turn I get a loud humming sound coming from front end. What is it and how to fix it.

Wheel bearing. Replace it.
