Default 97-99 vs 00-04 control arm differences

I'm going to go for 04 Spindle/brake upgrade route since mine has excessively worn plus wheels bearings now going out. I was looking at the 3/2 doetsch lifts since for the price I get the upper control arm, spring and shocks. They can't seem to answer a basic question of should I get the 97-99 or the 00-04 since I will be using the 04 spindle but on a 99 truck. Anybody know the difference, all I can see is how the ball joints attach to the control arm. And honestly looking at my 99 it is bolted on with 3 bolts like the picture of the 00+.
