Another plug wire question lol
I had the cheapest napa wires installed and now its shaking to much when it idles. Its not like rocking back and forth or anything but god its annoying. I was told the only fix is Mopar wires and that i can only use the factory plugs that it calls for. Anybody know of any that might work better or better then factory since the dealers here dont even have em in stock and i need em fast lol.

RE: Another plug wire question lol
I really think if it was the firing order it would be way worse so shouldn't be that. It was getting 19.7 nonstop on mpg average and now its 18.9. Lol i want to much out of it. The motor was really dirty and it was doing 18.9 before this milage got worse and I had the fuel induction system run on it and it was severly dirty and now its been oil flushed and checked and it should be the wires or plugs. Lol if its the wires im gonna boycott napa.

RE: Another plug wire question lol
I did a compression test on my Ram the other night and somehow got all 4 of the driver's side wires swapped around. It idled rough and backfired a bit if I touched the gas. I switched the front two and it got better, but still wasn't right. I switched the back two and it was fixed. I highly suggest checking your firing order.
Side note: Whoever told you that the factory wires were the only ones that will work is lying. A gal at work was told that her 94 Escort GT was going to cost over $100 for plug wires because they needed the dealer ones... I looked on Summit and Taylor makes a set for ~$45, and there are plenty of other alternatives available elsewhere.
