I'm having problems removing my torsion keys. I have made several attempts with different tools and no luck. I tried an unloading tool from my local auto parts store but it won't fit around the cross member where the keys are. I tried a regular c clamp but bent it like it was nothing and it didn't budge the keys at all. I also tried a 5 ton gear puller with two claws but that started to bend the cross member by the keys. the only thing I can think of now is buying the u bolt shaped unloading tool but I don't want to have to buy a tool that I will only use once. Any ideas?
