Just remember their is veering degrees of softness to foam and different kinds of foam some are better for seat cushions for a car.

Interesting thanks for the link.. Eventually I'll go that route or possibly take the truck to auto apl. shop and tell them to make it like my wifes Explorer lol..

Anyways i put 2 layers on driver side between the factory foam and the frame; broke the zipper and had to fix it but was able to do then put 1" layer padding between the seat cushion and the wire support...

Feels much better though not 'perfect' its doable and for less than 20bucks cant beat it.

Put 1 layer on passenger side.. not gonna overdo that side as its mainly for me driving for my lower back.
