Hey guys, im seriously considering a superchips flashpack tuner for my 01 Dakota 5.9,but,i noticed theres a normal version and then theres a California version(yes my Dakota is a California edition) but,i live in ohio. so my question is,do I still have to get the California edition tune?? or will the standard tune work just fine??

thanks magnethead, I just might do that, only thing about the superchips though,it has some tranny and speedo adjustments that I like, not sure about the others??

 

I loved my superchips. Their customer support is terrible.

 

You have a 5.9, you can't do a damn thing with the transmission. Only the 3.7 and 4.7 have programable transmissions.
