2002 Dakota 4.7 asking for feed back

2002 Dakota 4.7 asking for feed back
ok the info: 02 Dakota quad cab 4.7l
4x4 auto 150000kms. Compression 180 all cylinders
I got the code p0304 ok missfire cylinder 4
so replaced all plugs. Still got the same code
so replaced ign coil didn't help check injector for
ohms good 16.3
Did pressure tested cooling system the pressure
did drop very little coolant was not low that much.
No white smoke No oil in water. Put it all back together
Started it with no problems use my scanner checked
the cylinder missfire count cyl 4 missing then I saw cylinders
2,3,5 missfire. So think my head gsks are shot.
So what do you guys think? Time for gsks?

There is NGK plugs now going to take them out
and put in champions. Will retest fuel pressure as I already replaced
the pump. Tested the fuel injectors all good. There is no cat in the exhaust system
new O2 sensors.

Update well got back to working on it my
wife's car crapped out. Any way replaced plugs
with champions no change. Fuel pressure great 50 psi.
Now I got white smoke dam I just put that new engine
In there too. Out it comes going to do some mods this time
around.

Did it ever overheat even a little?
If so probably poped the heads the 4.7 will not take even a short overheat condition
The 4.7 has two main flaws popping head gaskets and tossing lifter rockers sometimes with bad results head damage.
Keeping it cool and well oiled with quality oil keeps the 4.7 alive and healthy with regular oil and filter changes.

Glad it was only the head gasket!
Am I reading the posts correctly? It's been almost 11 months since you posted this problem? I guess you DID fix other peoples vehicles in the meantime!
