Structure dust cover removal

Can anybody tell me how to remove the Structural dust cove between the engine and the transmission? I have removed all the bolts but it also connects to a dowel on one of the starter bolts. This is a 97 3.9 4x4.

Are talking about the bell housing, that bolts to the engine? If all the bolts are removed, it should still be connected with the alignment dowels. sometimes a good shake will break it loose.
