Default Serious problems

I have a 99 dodge Dakota v6. I had blown the heads. Replaced those. It is now overheating. Or saying that it is, when it's not actually overheated. I have also had to replace the vss, idle air control valve, and the thermostat twice. I was told to check my exhaust pipe with paper. My exhaust pipe actually tries to suck in the paper. Please help! I'm at a loss.

Moving to the correct section. You have a burned or broken exhaust valve(s).

Okay. How do I test for that? My abs and break lights are on also, I'm not sure if that makes a difference. There's nothing wrong with my breaks.

You already tested it. You can also do a compression test and/or cylinder leak down test to determine which cylinder(s) are causing the problem. ABS and brakes have nothing to do with that though. That could be caused by low brake fluid, worn pads/shoes, faulty/dirty wheel sensor, incorrect adjustment of, or bad, brake switch or parking brake switch, etc.
