Default Steering Leak Question

On my 2001 Dakota I have a leak coming from this plastic plug on the rack. Think my son hopped a curb and cracked it. I can't seem to figure out if it comes out. Does anyone know if and how this comes out? I'd get one from the junk yard if I can figure it out. Hate to replace the whole rack just for this piece. Thanks.

It does, but that's also part of the assembly that keeps the rack in one piece.

I'd replace the rack - if that's cracked, no telling what else is damaged. Be a good time to upgrade the bushings to poly also.
