Ok guys, i have a 2001 quad dakota 4.7, picked up a Borla single in dual tails out of muffler with the dual tips Cat back off a 1995 318 ram, think this with fit over the axle and past the spare?

Probably not if it's for a ram. You can always test fit it, or measure what you got and compare.
