Default cooling system question

ok so my temp gauge barely goes past 130 mark (only to the second line at best) it dont over heat, cooling system builds pressure even if its not hot, it pulls fluid levels down after a while so im assuming the thermostat kinda works.
heater core lines get warm bu not hot. its as if the thermostat is stuck open but the fluid in the radiator is always ice cold, same for the radiator hoses. heater core lines are the only ones to get warm. i dont see coolant circulating in the radiator either so i doubt its stuck open. i donot get it just like the trans issue this has me stumped because the block itself barely warms up even and my heat blows equivalently luke warm
