Default Air sucking noise / gurgling noise from engine bay

A couple of days ago i noticed a wierd sound that I've never heard before from my dakota, it kinda sounds like if theres air sucking in and kinda like a gurgling noise, when I popped the hood to try to find the noise it seemed to come from the middle of the engine , can't find any air leaks anywhere , my first thought was maybe it might have something to do with my coolant I checked the fluid and it was all good, the noise only happens when the truck is on , after I shut it off the noise goes away so it seems to only make the noise when the engine is on idle, I haven't experienced a change in performance, it still runs the same as always , no engine codes , it's just that noise that worries me , any ideas on what it can be ? , in the past 4 weeks I have replaced the radiator hose the one that has a cap on it and connects from the engine to the tank, the alternator, and have done a oil change on it , she's a 2000 dak with 186k miles 3.9L
