Yes you can use the 4" crank but you have to make sure it is for your 318 as the one for the 360 has different sized journals. Instead of coming on here and asking tons of questions the first thing you should do is buy this book; How to Build Big Inch Mopars.
After you have read the book then come back and ask all the questions you want.
Here is an article in a magazine called Engine Builder. They built a 392 stroker and pulled down 477HP@5,800 rpm & 481lb/ft@4400 rpm plus they made 421lb/ft@2800 rpm. Them are some nice numbers from a little old 318.

Better yet contact the manufacture of the kit! They should know if any mods need to be done or not. You also have a charge for machine work, Did you ask if this includes mods to fit the crank if need be?
Moparite - Iv tried to contact the company and have not got a call back and I'm doing it myself (first build) and I'm on a huge learning curve first time not replacing stock for stock parts thanx for the info guys super help definitely will take it were I can get any
Mopar Magnum engines have a tall deck which allows us to not have to do any clearance on the block. That is why I suggested you buy that book as it explains all this in there.
