Default Upper control arm bushing

02 dakota 4wd
I’m about to put these bushings into the upper control arm on my Dakota. I know the outer shell of the bushing is a press fit into the control arm. Is the metal inner sleeve of the bushing a press or slip fit onto the pivot arm?

Do yourself a big favor buy the complete upper control arm best deal and best way to replace the bushings I know from experience just trying to replace the bushings is a big mistake.

Just replace the arm bushings ball joint and all do both sides at the same time as you will need an alignment after the job.

If you look at the cost to just replace the bushings parts and labor as a machine shop can only do it its only about 15$ in saving for the bushings less if you count the new ball joint more like 0 in savings.

One of those DIY tools to extract the bushings just don't have the needed power to get the job done especially the frustration involved.

As I said I know I tried doing it DIY with a tool forget it it cant be done at home took it the control arm to a machine shop even they had a hard time getting the job done.
