Hi everyone,
Need a few questions answered. Have '97 Dakota w 5.2 v8 magnum engine.
Lost oil pressure, replaced sender unit worked OK for a time pressure at start goes to normal than drops, goose the gas pedal and get a slight rattle. Not good, question is any good reman engine companies you could recommend? Or should I just tear it down myself and rebuild? I'm sure it's no problem just need a little nudge in right direction. Current mileage 169,765 was told that oil pump pick up tube had issues.
Any help would be sincerely appreciated I'm located in so cal thanks for all input.
