I am getting ready to replace my Rack and Pinion with a remanufactured unit. Didn't realize that it didn't come with bushing mounts. Now that I have new bushings, question is...do you install it from the front of the rack or from the rear of the rack (referring to the mushroom end of the bushing).


Appreciate any expert advise...

 

One piece bushings have the mushroom against the frame.
