i have a 03 dodge dakota quad cab 4X2 4.7 truck. I have had issues with the CTM (one headlight out, auto locks not working, dome lights not working). I have replaced the CTM several times i looked for compatible serial numbers to replace it with. I have gotten 3 from the junk yard one did not work one another the alarm got set off and i could never get it to turn off, one worked for around a week,then issues started occurring again. I recently got one off of ebay and replaced it, it worked for about a day. I am really at a loss i have read and heard about dealer prices and i have called places that can confirm issue but can not do any reprogramming.

I am beginning to think that maybe there is some kind of short from the CTM, i am not sure if that would cause the issue but every forum i find just talks about replacing the CTM.

So any guidance or suggestions would really be appreciated i have done a lot of work to this truck since i got it and would really like to drive at night or early in the morning with more than one head light.
