Default Is my Dakota lifted?

I recently bought a '00 Dakota and it needs tires. I'm considering a 2-3" leveling lift, but i'm not convinced it doesn't already have one.
Is there a way tell if one is already in place? What should I look for?

After looking at my truck last night, i'm guessing it's still stock height. I took a peak at the rear leafs, which are still bolted directly to the axle, no blocks.

My unlifted '01 4X4 measures 21 1/5 in the front and 23 1/5 in the rear, center of hub to fender lip. I've owned it since new.
