Default Passenger window from Drivers side 03 Dakota Quad Cab

So I was driving with a friend the other day, and it was kind of warm. They opted to put there window down. Lo and behold it didn't go down. I tried from my control panel and it went down just fine. I figured I bumped the window lock switch, tried it nothing, tried it again still nothing. Sometimes it seems to work on its own and other time.....not. Does anyone know what this could be? I've heard its a common problem.

the connector going into the window lock switch has a retention pin that likes to break off and the harness will come unplugged an do exactly this.

Default Window Switch

So I was able to purchase and install a new window regulator which took care of the drivers side. Not as hard as I thought it would be. Still trying to figure out why the passenger window will only go down from the drivers side. I took the window switch apart but am having trouble getting to the circuit board. Do the switches come off somehow?. There is a lot of resistance trying to get to the board. See pics.

Any update or fix to that passenger side issue? My brother is experiencing the same thing.
