Default 2003 Durango Brakes = Upgrade?

Just want to clear this up as I've read conflicting information. I have disc brakes back and front on this 03'. I'm hearing that the 2003 Durango has bigger rotors and bigger calipers... mine is already a twin piston caliper, but I don't mind upgrading if they are bigger.
So are the Durango brakes beefier than Dakotas of the same year? Is there a difference between the 4x4 Durango brakes vs RWD?

See video...

No answer, but have you checked out the replacement part numbers? If they are different they are obviously not the same, although I can't say if they are interchangeable, although they probably are.

Yeah, I'll be checking into that. I also wanted to see if anyone had done this upgrade and had any insights.

I would think the master cylinder that goes with the Durango brakes would also be needed along with any ABS stuff.

I think I'm good with current MC. Abs is rear wheels. I'd be doing fronts.
