lowering a 4x4
I'll take this one.
The most you are going to be able to get is 3 inches from the front, by adjusting the torsion bars. The rear can be lowered to match with either flip-shackles or lowering blocks, or a combination of each.
The ride quality will be effected, but shortder shocks can fix that for the most part. I can't help you with the shocks yet, I haven't gotten that far yet.
You will need an alignment immediately after lowering the front.
I know a lot of you guys have issues with lowering 4x4's, but some of us have what we have and still try to build what we want. I know when I bought mine, I wasn't thinking of what I wanted to do with t. Now I am looking to lower my 4x4 as well. To each his own.

^^ is correct. We have had countless people call into Stylin' Concepts asking about lowering their 4x4. personally I don't oppose it, But I love my stock height, big enough to get people the hell outta the way
I liked the height when I first got the wheels, but now I think it looks too high. I know I'll never be as low as I'd like, but if I can just lose some of that gap in the wheel well there, I'd be happy.
