Default headliner

headliner finally fell in my 04 while I was at work today. i really do not want to go back with the fabric garbage that came in it. has anyone seen a moul;ded fiberglass or abs plastic replacement ?

I have seen a shop made custom fiberglass headliner card made for a 50's hot rod.. it's not worth the work.

You can take the fabric and foam off the existing fiberglass headliner card and put another material on there, the only problem is that the fabric is foam backed, and if you don't use a foam backed material there could be gaps between the fabric and the overhead console.

Another option is covering it in a bedliner material, but I have no idea how you would get good adhesion to the card.

Mine was sagging badly when I got the truck. Went to the junkyard and pulled one out of another truck. Been good ever since.

i just had mine reupholstered last week. cost me $130 to have it done.
i brought them my headliner board and they did it.
do not try to use super 77 or something like that to get the fabric back up
it will just fall again

You can DIY them but its no fun and very messy I ordered a kit online and used two shades brighter fabric to brighten things up you need two cans of glue one dosent make it.
