2002 ibd2 port
2002 dakota. Accidentally kicked the odb2 port with steel toe boots in -30c and it shattered. Is it safe to splice one on or do I need to buy a new one. Reason I ask is I run a programer and was wondering if splicing would create a resistance that would cause issues with the programer.
