Electrical gremlins - blinkers, blower, headlights
I got a Dakota and it has some weird gremlins that I didn't notice at first.
The HVAC blower doesn't work but the fan is good.
The blinkers work only when the headlights are off. When the lights are on, they don't flash. Either no DRL, it's disabled, or not working.
The cruise control works but after several seconds, it drops 2 gears and accelerates like mad like it's trying to kill me.
No dome lights.
All fuses look good. Any idea where to start without throwing money at it?

buy a new relay that is in the left side of your dash fuse panel (it about 1 1/4" square about $7 ? )
disconnect your battery
turn the key to start, then off
turn the key to start and hold 15 seconds
connect battery... it's worth a try, good luck
