Default 2002 4.7 knocking and P0320

Just bought a 02 Dakota 4.7 209,xxx miles. Picked it up for dirt cheap. It will start after giving it a little gas. Problem is it makes a knocking noise and throws codes P0320 (Ignition / Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit) P1281 (engine is cold too long) and P0141 (02 sensor) I assume the last code is unrelated. Also these code descriptions are according to the obd2 scanner.

Here's a link to the sound the engine is making.

Any ideas?

Thanks guys

To me it sounds like timing chain slap. Possible worn out or broken tensioner.
