Default Headlights blinking off and on

After researching posts on this forum it sounds like the CTM, Central timing module. I located a module with three plugs behind the drivers side kick panel. I called the dealer and they said that was the" immobilizer module". Looking online with the number off the module it was called "body control module" also. The symptoms are occasional flickering headlight low beams, dome lights not working, key fob won't unlock doors unless I'm really close and sound system problem. Any help would be great! The dealer says they are $179.

Has anyone replaced the central timing module? It is located behind the drivers side kick panel. If so where did you buy it from?
