Default Overheating/coolant flow problems

Hey everyone I have an 03 dakota with the 4.7l in it. The last few months I've been having an overheating/coolant loss issue an its really got me stumped. Its like there's a clog somewhere but I just don't know. I've had to fill it with coolant everytime i drive it because it heats up an boils out the cap an if it runs long it will fully overheat. I started using straight water because screw buying coolant all the time. I've replaced the thermostat, water pump, flushed the radiator, bled the air out, the fan clutch looks fine an all hoses are clear that i can tell. I changed the thermostat an did a flush first.. An before I did i could drive about an hour before it overheated.. After, I made it about 2mins down the road before it overheated. Changed the water pump a few days later an its the same thing. Anybody have ANY ideas? Thanks, TJ

Time for a new radiator. Went through this with mine last June. Just stop messing around with it and bite the bullet. No problems since.
2000 4.7 169700 miles.

radiator has plugs, when it gets out see if you feel cool spots in radiator, if so toss it and get a new one

Had the same problem with my 4.7. Turned out to be a radiator. Summit in ohio is only 45 minutes from me. great price.
