Default Rear Bumper Parts!

Does anyone know where I could find parts for my rear bumper? I put a hole in the plastic cover that seems to clip into the main steel frame of the bumper. I would like to just buy a new plastic cover and clip it in. Problem is, I can't find a specific name for the part or where to find it. For reference, I have a 2002 Dodge Dakota quad cab.

If anyone can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. the plastic cover covers the bottom left of the bumper under the step. It's red and is contrasting with the black look of the rest of the bumper. It has 3 or 4 clips holding it in place onto the steel bumper.

Not cheap

Or rockauto.com has replacement bumpers but not just the plastic parts for $250 and up.

I have been picking up parts at a salvage yard for low $.
I was selling a bedliner on craigs list , when the guy picks it up,
we talk and i mention i'm needing a rear bumper...
he said he had a rust free black bumper he would sell for a hundred !
next day he brought the bjumper and brackets and license plate bulb sockets etc.
and i was on that !

Yea I watch craigslist like a hawk for parts you do get lucky at times but this last year nothing junkyards list on craigslist all the time.

Problem with junkyard plastic parts in Arizona is the hot sun just destroys them or badly discolors them.

I got lucky and found a Dak just like mine, t-boned on the passenger side but mostly all there., the belt moulding (the lower outside window strip ) was still good so i payed $10 for those and the wiring harness to the rear bumper.
You do see a lot of cars around here with the clear coat baked off also.
I had my roof and hood repainted because of...
