I've found several helpful threads here, but this issue didn't come up in any of my searches. I found the solution elsewhere, but I thought it'd be helpful to share it here.

Left my dome light on for the entire weekend... D'oh! But, after charging the battery, the truck would not start nor idle unless I kept my foot on the accelerator.

I found one posting on another forum that had the solution: Disconnect the battery to reset the computer. That was all it took!

I guess the battery went flat enough to mess with the computer. I used a slow 1.5A charger overnight, so I didn't bother disconnecting the battery beforehand.
