I am in hopes someone on can help with this problem I am having with my 01 Dakota. With key off and after the interior lights time out .... I click the dome light on and it pulsates ... dim to bright. I am also having a problem with battery drain after th truck sits for 3 day and it has a new battery. I have unhooked the CTM and it stays charged. While checking the system for a draw I also get the pulsating on the test light. Is this a sign of a bad CTM? also if so can I buy a salvage CTM without having any programing done to it? Thanks in advance for any help ...
